You can adjust the number of notifications you get by changing the sensitivity of the motion detection. In the cameras settings, select "PIR", and choose from Off, Low, Medium, or High. The higher the sensitivity, the more notifications you will get.
No. Footage is saved to the cloud no matter how much you record. If you are on a 30 day plan all footage will be saved for 30 days. After that time period it is automatically erased, one day at a time.
Great! SD cards are another way to store your footage. You can manually save videos to an SD card or have motion activated clips saved there as well.
