Does the Crorzar Hub work without wifi?
No, Crorzar Hub uses wifi to communicate with emergency responders. If a compatible wifi network is not available the system may not function properly.

What is the range of motion detection?
Motion detectors typically have a range of 20-40 feet depending on the environment they are in.

Crorzar sensors work well in most homes. They have an open air range of 200-300 feet.

What is the range of the wifi signals?
This depends on a variety of factors, including the environment, the materials your home is constructed of, your router, and several other factors. Generally, if you can get a wifi signal at a specific location on your phone then the hub will also pick up the wifi signal.

What are the details on the lifetime upgrades?
Every 18 months you will receive an equipment credit good for $200 or the cost of a new hub, whichever is less.
To be eligible for the credit, the account must be current and in good standing, have made all payments during the previous 18 months, and agree to continue the monitoring service for another 18 months.

Crorzar proudly ships your cameras directly from our warehouse in St. George, Utah.
Most orders ship within a single business day!
We ship using USPS so your orders arrive quickly, usually within 3-7 business days of your order being placed.
If a return is necessary for any reason, all shipments and returns are processed quickly at our Utah offices.
