How does cancellation work?
You can cancel at any time by purchasing your camera(s). Cancelling your service also means an end to your extended warranty, repair, video storage, and other services.
Cancellation within 1-6 months:
$65 per camera
Cancellation within 7-12 months:
$35 per camera
Cancellation within 13-18 months:
$20 per camera

How does the lifetime upgrade program work?
When you subscribe to our camera service, which we call Crorzar Club, you are automatically enrolled in this perk.
Every 18 months you can return your original camera and receive a brand new camera.
To be eligible for the upgrade your account must be current and in good standing. All previous payments must have been made. And you must agree to continue the service for an additional 18 months, subject to our cancellation policy.

Do Crorzar Cameras work without wifi?
Yes. When connected to wifi the cameras can be viewed and controlled from virtually anywhere in the world. Without wifi you can still connect directly to the cameras wirelessly when you are near the cameras.

What is the range of motion detection?
You can adjust the sensitivity of the motion detection. Indoor cameras will detect motion up to 40 feet away, while outdoor cameras can detect motion up to 100 feet away.

Can I set it up on a computer or laptop?
It depends. Currently the cameras that plug in to power follow the Onvif protocol and can be used with some third-party apps that work form your laptop or computer.

What is the range of the wifi signals?
This depends on a variety of factors, including the environment, the materials your home is constructed of, your router, and several other factors. Generally, if you can get a wifi signal at a specific location on your phone then the cameras will also pick up the wifi signal.

Can these cameras connect with other software or applications?
Some third party applications will work with the Indoor 360.
